Dear Sirs,
We hereby inform you that, as a result of a corporate governance reorganization process initiated in recent months and shared with the owners, Dr. Angelo Pasetti has resigned from his position as CEO of Asti Aircraft Services Srl, relinquishing both the powers previously attributed to him and the powers of signature and representation of the company, to dedicate himself full time to his work.
All the company's partners, directors, and employees thank Dr. Angelo Pasetti for his many years of collaboration and the results he has achieved, wishing him a successful and rewarding entrepreneurial future.
In his place, a General Manager of the company has been appointed, in the person of Engineer Andrea Civalleri, manager and special attorney, with powers of signature and representation of the company, as well as direct contact of the administrative team.
